- Orders for Custom Hats are normally shipped within 2-3 weeks. Orders for Sale Hats are shipped within 3 days.
- We ship via FEDERAL EXPRESS "Ground". Overnight delivery is available. . .call for rates. We are currently shipping within the United States only.
- Due to the nature of the hat business, RETURNS FOR ALTERATIONS ONLY---NO REFUNDS.
- Alteration requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.
